1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website to purchase tickets for The View from The Shard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases made through this website are subject to availability. Prices displayed include applicable discounts and are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Promotional discounts are applied automatically and are subject to availability and time limitations.
Payment is processed securely through our payment partner, PayGlobal, using 256-bit SSL encryption.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

4. E-Tickets and Entry

Upon successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket (e-ticket) via email. This e-ticket must be presented at the venue entrance, either printed or displayed on a mobile device. Each e-ticket contains a unique barcode and is valid for single use only.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Tickets may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the venue's cancellation policy.
Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit time.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals beyond the allocated time slot.

6. View Guarantee

Tickets purchased with the View Guarantee entitle the holder to a complimentary return visit if visibility is significantly impaired during their visit, subject to the venue's View Guarantee terms. The View Guarantee revisit voucher must be used within the validity period shown on the voucher.

7. Visitor Conduct

All visitors must comply with the venue's rules and regulations. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of venue policies. Photography for personal use is permitted; commercial photography requires prior written consent.

8. Accessibility

The View from The Shard is committed to providing accessible facilities. Wheelchair access is available, and assistance can be arranged in advance. Please contact the venue directly for specific accessibility requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of tickets. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tickets in question.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the website operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

12. Governing Law
